What we do not take
Rubble, building waste, tyres, paint, fridges and general household rubbish need a licensed waste carrier, not a gardener. If a garden has both, we will clear the green waste and tell you straight that the rest needs somebody else. It is worth asking about before the day rather than on it.
Seeing it first
For anything beyond a routine visit we come and look before quoting. Overgrowth is genuinely hard to judge from a photo — waist-high grass and waist-high brambles look similar and are not the same job at all.
